The Management Team

Chris Jung is Chief Executive Officer of FluidIQ.  An experienced entrepreneur,  with product development, proof-of-concept and mechanical engineering expertise, Mr. Jung has spent his career in the commercial, industrial, and life sciences industries.  Early in the coronavirus pandemic in the U.S. in March 2020, he joined a group of engineers with a unified interest in finding ways to help in the pandemic and specifically, by working on a low-cost ventilator that could make an impact on human lives.  Within months, he was able to help build out the company’s executive team including: 

Brian Froelke, MD, Chief Medical Officer,  an experienced executive in disaster medicine, an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and emergency department physician, east central regional EMS Medical Director for state of Missouri;

Jake Lunday, Executive Director, an experienced manufacturing and engineering director in Fortune 500 companies.

Matt Vogelhuber, Experienced and highly successful global senior executive and board member. Active in sales leadership, marketing, due diligence assessments, competitive analysis and strategy in the life sciences and genetic testing space;

Brian Walsh, Ph.D., RRT, FAARC, Chief of Clinical R&D, a respiratory therapy professor and respiratory researcher, as well as past president of the American Association for Respiratory Care;

Teresa Barnes, Chief Operating Officer, is an experienced respiratory executive including leadership positions in medical device companies and respiratory non-profits as well as a founder and board member positions for multiple non-profit pulmonary organizations including the American Thoracic Society;

Duncan Stevenson, Chief Engineer, is a development mechanical engineer experienced in high & low pressure valve design and who is skilled in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Matlab, and related engineering systems;

Artemio Mendoza, Chief Technology Officer, is a technology entrepreneur who has helped establish new international business units in Brazil and Argentina and co-founded a multinational company with operations in the US, Mexico, Spain and the UK;

Dolly Kervitsky, RCP, CCRC is Managing Principal of PF Strategies, a consulting company that is dedicated to serving the rare disease community. She is also Vice President of Outreach for FluidIQ, a public benefit corporation. A Medical Affairs Professional, Licensed Respiratory Therapist, Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, Non-profit Management Professional and educator with experience in drug and device development, clinical, basic and translational research, advocacy, and medical education.
